Unexpected Crisis
Journal Entry: Fri Aug 31, 2007, 10:36 AM
Right now I'm at my parents' work. Yesterday I was wondering about school and I figued out that today would be a waste of a day. There's no tests, no new lessons, no anything. Just a waste of a day, so I was planning to skip school.
Very unexpectedly, a REAL excuse to skip school showed up.
My parents are involved on a very important business with the authorities of the Panama Canal. They were asked to print the logo on 10,000 umbrellas for advertising. They have until sunday to hand them in. Apparently, all the umbrellas got printed on time, but chaos showed up: the ink the idiots in the manufacturing department used was unpropper and it turns into DUST when it dries up! So now I've had to come and help because the logos must be removed, the umbrellas cleaned up, and the logo printed back again with the correct type of ink. Gosh. Exhausting. Right now I'm starving. I haven't eaten for many hours and I'm sure I won't in a long time.
Sooo in a few words, that's why I skipped school today and that's what I'm doing right now. How did I write this journal? Dude, I deserve a freaking break.
